Intervention modes


Based on clearly defined Specifications and Statement of Work (SoW), ELSYS Eastern Europe engineers will develop a product or perform tasks during agreed time frame, costs and with limited support from the customer.


Thanks to its flexibility, time based offer is far more used when the boundary of the tasks, milestones and responsibilities cannot clearly be defined prior to the beginning of the collaboration.

Also, a mix of the above intervention modes can be organized. For instance, a time-based approach could be more appropriate during the definition or support phases of a turnkey project.
