One thing that we overlook is how this job fits our ambitions, maybe some long-term plan that we have, or just simply put, how it fits our life.

 

A question that occurs is “how to find the best job?”. Taking into account your field of interest, your professional background, and your biggest motivators, how you spend your time outside the office can give you important clues to determine what position will fit into your life.

Graduating from University is hard itself and now you must think about the future and choose the right career – decisions, decisions, decisions. I don’t want to scare you off or demotivate you, that’s why we’ve designed a perfect short career quiz that will help you determine what field in the semiconductor industry will suit you the most.

 

As you probably already know, Elsys Eastern Europe lays its expertise in four fields of the semiconductor industry – Digital Design, Verification of Digital Design, Analog-mixed Signal Verification, and IC Layout. Every field comes with its challenges and opportunities. In order to help all the students who, want to become future engineers and do wonders for the world of technology, we’ve crafted a career quiz that shows you what field out of our four aforementioned expertise is right for you.

 

Just to let you know, questions are not technical, they’re more on the psychological side. We’ve put huge effort into creating this quiz and assembling questions that will show us your true engineering preferences and personality traits in the area of career development.
