Allow Nikola Miljkovic, a Digital Design engineer at ELSYS Eastern Europe to give you a behind-the-scenes tour of this interesting expertise field. Nikola will present some of the most interesting aspects of digital design, the impact it has on development of new technologies and how you can start your career in this field.

That’s why during our Digital Design internship program every intern has their own mentor.

 

We believe that’s the only way of a successful transfer of knowledge. Giving their full support to their interns, experienced mentors focus on helping the interns learn as much as they can so they can easily overcome any obstacle that comes their way in the future.

Digital Design is a field in the world of technology where an engineer focuses on creating and planning the Integrated Circuit Layout. When performing digital design, the process usually starts with planning, placing, and routing through the multiple layers. Digital Design Engineers usually work on processors and controller architectures.

 

The goal of a Digital Design Engineer’s job is to ensure that the final version of IC Layout meets the initial set of specifications and requirements. That’s why Digital Design is a very detail-oriented profession, and it requires full attention and good base of knowledge and skills, of course depending on the level of the position.
