Students welcome to our Open Day!

It is always a pleasure to host brilliant young students and showcase the challenges and beauty of hardware engineering at its finest.

Belgrade, December 23rd, 2022

We’ve opened our doors to host amazing students from the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Novi Sad. As you might know, besides Belgrade, we also have an office in Novi Sad that is newly renovated and set to welcome students and get to know each other better.

Open Day at Elsys Eastern Europe’s office is a regular procedure for our company, and we try to organize it a couple of times throughout the school year in order to meet brilliant minds that want to become world-class engineers. Where better to do it, than in our office?

When it comes to the Open Day agenda, we organize a company presentation where our Business Managers like to talk about the company structure, main technical domains, and services we provide in general. This is a great chance for students to get familiar with our company and get information that maybe they didn’t know.

Later on, the mike is taken by our engineers of any seniority, from juniors to seniors. They are here to talk more about the domains they work in, and by presenting their favorite non-NDA projects, the challenges they’ve faced, how their knowledge and capabilities contributed to the project, and also how their skills improved and to what extent. We believe that this is a great opportunity for students to get a better picture of what we do and what qualities we nurture. And what better way to hear it, than from our engineers?

After brief presentations, we skip to the Q&A phase, where the students have the opportunity to ask any question they like and start any topic they’re interested in. After all, the whole goal of our Open Day is to give as much information as we can and to show them that Elsys Eastern Europe is the right place to start their careers.

Get a brief insight into an Open Day event organized at Elsys Eastern Europe premises in Novi Sad. It is always a pleasure to host brilliant young students and showcase the challenges and beauty of hardware engineering at its finest.

A glimpse of cutting-edge technologies and trends of the future world we create was a solid enough reason for our young engineering guests to keep on growing their knowledge and become hardware engineers.
